In response to Dr Greif - My review was an accurate account of my experience. Length of service, number of visits, and positive reviews from others do not negate harm that occurred to me. The absence of a formal complaint at the time does not mean misconduct did not happen — especially when power dynamics and safety concerns are involved. In fact, I did voice concerns to your staff during my time as a patient. The fact that you are either unaware of those conversations or willing to say they never happened is alarming, and it raises questions about how patient complaints are handled in your office. Your response reframes my experience as “feelings” and leans on your personal roles, gender of staff, and community standing as proof of safety. None of these change the impact your actions had on me. Character references are not a substitute for accountability. This was not about a misunderstanding of “cheekiness” or “sarcasm.” It was about behavior that crossed boundaries and left me feeling exploited. You also notably did not deny making the statement “I learned something sexual about you today” after a painful shoulder adjustment — the specific incident described in my review. That silence speaks for itself. I have no interest in debating this further. My review stands as it is so others can make informed choices about their care. Original review: Lots of red flags here, but I’ll leave you with this one - After performing a painful shoulder adjustment, the doctor told me he had “learned something sexual” about me that day. This came after months of escalating boundary violations. He preys on people he perceives as weak. In my case, I was in full-body recovery from injuries caused by childhood abuse. He assumed the toll it was taking on my body meant I wouldn’t fight back. This is someone who is supposed to be a healer. Instead, he used his position as a doctor to exploit and retraumatize patients. It has taken me 3 months to feel safe seeing a chiropractor again, which has absolutely hindered my healing process. Please think twice before bringing your daughters here.
