I went in for pain in my wrists and ankles. I recently had surgery on my ankle and deal with sever carpal tunnel syndrome. My first session I had to pay out of pocket. They called me and said my insurance can cover it but i was never reimbursed or asked about it again. Went in for the next session and he sent me home before being reminded to do my alignment. He hastily did it and they set me up for another appointment. When I show up for the appointment they scheduled for me, they were closed and I heard nothing from them. I work in construction so any help I can get is greatly appreciated. They seem to favor particular clientele and I didn't feel welcome. I'm sure they treat other patients well but my experience was terrible.
