I have severe tendinitis in both Achilles tendons and my back was so thrown out I could barely breathe when I walked in. We spent about two hours in the office stretching, identifying problem areas, and working through what felt off. Dr. Steve was incredibly kind, curious, and genuinely passionate about helping me understand my body and how to improve it. What really made this visit different was how thorough and thoughtful everything felt. I left with a full list of exercises and stretches to continue at home—and more importantly, I left feeling like I got my money’s worth. Most places make you feel like you’d be better off watching a YouTube video. This place? It felt like a blessing.
