The front desk has lost their couth. Hateful, mouthy, and unprofessional. A shame for a good chiropractor to be overshadowed by the hired help.

I have been a patient on and off for over 15 years. My first appointment for severe shoulder pain, included x-rays, consultation and a very gentle adjustment. When I was about to get in my car, I thought "Well that was fast"...not sure how I felt about that. Then the realization - my pain was substantially minimized. I have continued to seen him for ankle, hip pain and now for general health to support my immune system (being diagnosed with autoimmune illnesses).

My neck and back have only hurt more since visiting… it’s also very convenient that I had to visit him 12 times in order for my “issues” to be resolved…. But even then I wasn’t promised complete and whole restoration. It was one of the most professional marketing tactics to maximize revenue out of ordinary people like myself. Full disclosure: this is just my experience, and I am not harboring any ill will towards them. I did some research and found out that most of what this office had told me was just trying to pump the money out of me. It was also very off, the appointment only lasted 10 minutes and he did one slight adjustment…. and then planned out all these sessions. It was like he was very intentionally keeping me “slightly better” but not fully aligned so that I would keep coming back. I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but I would feel dis honest if I did not alert others of what I experienced. I came to find out that they have an entire marketing plan for every person that comes in no matter how healthy they may be before, they will find a reason to make you need them. Also they assumed I needed Xrays before I even went in…. Which was awfully convenient. Of course they carried a pretty hefty price tag as well. I am a 23 year old very healthy young man who has never had any issues with my back and only went in to get a check up and help my sinuses… but after visiting, pain has only increased. Also my wife has had the exact same experience and tells me almost daily how much more pain she has. If I was the only one with this experience, I wouldn’t have left this review….
