I can’t heap enough savage praise on Lydia. I’ve dragged my battered carcass to her for years—neck screaming, head pounding, joints howling like busted machinery, the whole body a junkyard of dents, dings, and now the creeping treachery of age—sciatica, stiffness, the slow-motion betrayal of flesh. Every time I stumble in, I’m a wreck: pain, no range of motion, reduced to some lurching parody of a man. Dr. Lydia is amazing! She is so smart, kind and explains treatment options in a clear and reassuring way. I feel great after and am grateful to just go in for regular “maintenance” after general wear and tear from life and CrossFit. Highly recommend.
