Elaine is an incredibly gifted healer!! I highly recommend her- I did the full package and now do maintenance treatments. Her practice is a godsend and I’m so grateful I found her ❤️

I have only had a few sessions and I have such a sense of peace as well as some physical pain that has subsided. There are so many layers to this work that almost can’t be explained unless you go through it. To be around her is such a sense of calm in itself but after a session, it feels like layers of heaviness have been lifted. She is a true blessing to her profession!

Today I completed my 20th session under the care and guidance of Dr. Elaine and her lovely kind assistant, Holly. The two have been the bridge and anchor in my healing through the work they do. To say that I have changed and healed in the past 5 months is an understatement. I have met parts of myself that I did not know would contract and expand all at once while being propelled into another facet of my life. The work Dr. Elaine is doing goes beyond anything I have tried over the years, with the last healing modalities of acupuncture, N.E.T, and energy work by other practitioners in the past 2 years before being referred to Mosaic Methods. In the words of my practitioner, this was something she considered would work for me. She said, "I have seen clients come back after 5 months to see them as a completely different person". I was already familiar with the practice of Network Spinal but I did not know what I was stepping into when I first scheduled my consultation with Mosaic Methods. All I knew was that I needed a way to connect and heal parts of me that I could not reach. Each session was a release, a coming back home to myself, my body, and an aligned nervous system that I had never experienced before. With time the panic attacks, anxiety, ruminating thoughts, sadness, aches, etc. started to move away from me while I processed and integrated each session's findings. And though I often had doubts, I trusted the process and I kept showing up even on the days when I felt I was falling apart and could not continue. With the support of my loving husband, Dr. Elaine, Holly, and my team of guides, I continue to meet parts of myself and lineage. I look forward to what the next 5 months will bring. This work is pure MAGIC! To put into words the work Dr. Elaine is doing with Network Spinal Chiropractic and what it can do for a person is not enough. It's an experience you will have to encounter for yourself.
