I called September 22nd @ 5pm and spoke with a woman of whom I did not get a name. She claimed she had no record of my referral. I was referred to you by a physician only because the Nevada medical system supposedly requires it, so broken. People have to jump through so many hoops and pay so many people just to get medical attention. I spoke with your facility July 8th and got all the details from your nice receptionist, she must have been a different woman from the one I spoke to Sep 22nd. When I called again on the 22nd to schedule after a busy month, I was told the person I spoke with must not work there anymore. I was told they have no record of my referral. I was asked if I was sure I was calling the correct place. My call logs and notes tell me I was, perhaps your facility should work on saving notes and call records. They told me I'd need a new referral. No thanks, I'm not going through all that time and money again.

Wish I knew about this place a long time ago. Used to be on the regular with my old chiropractor before they sold. Have been looking for over two years for a place that was the right fit. Dr. Dennis and his staff are great! Professional, funny, real! Helped my daughter with a nagging volleyball injury with immediate results and are just right for me. This is a personal relationship so it is very contingent upon your needs but for my daughter and I, Valley Health & Spine is perfect. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Went there today with lower back pain. The service was great! Probably one of the best chiropractor visits I’ve ever had! The dr took his time and made sure he addressed the issue properly. Very excited for my next visit.
