I have been seeing Dr. Greg every month for many years and always leave our session better than when I walk in. I was hesitant to start chiropractic care as the neck adjustments always scare me. Dr. Greg is so patient and will always share the adjustment he plans to do before he does it. I now look forward to each appointment and go in with no fear, only excitement for how good I will feel! I’ve also seen Christina for massages and Shawna for acupuncture. Both are so professional and help my body heal when I have intense muscle pain. Christina’s massages are so relaxing while also addressing any problem areas. Shawna is great at creating such a warm and meditative space. Both experiences were a first for me and I couldn’t imagine trusting anyone else! Urbanspine is full of knowledgeable practitioners who care deeply about your well being. I’m so thankful to have found such an awesome spot!
