I came to Dr. Anna Di after weeks of neck tension and a stubborn lower-back ache. From the first minute, she made me feel heard—she reviewed my posture, mobility, and daily habits, then explained exactly what she was going to do and why. The adjustment itself was precise and never forceful. Immediate results: easier rotation in my neck, less pressure in my lower back, and my posture felt “reset.” What I loved most was the after-care: simple stretches, breathing cues, and desk/posture tips I can actually keep up with. Highly recommend!
