He's the best. Easy going, normal, not trying to push you into anything else (buy stuff). Made my back feel so much better. I would not go anywhere else.

This is so overdue. Your search for a chiropractor is over with this office. Dr Morrison helped save me from a life of constant pain. Kaiser permanente had doomed me to the chronic pain management department. I had seen other chiropractors and had treatments with a spinal cord doctor, but at the end of the day I was still in pain every day. My loving husband searched and found Dr. Morrison. We talked about a treatment plan and started right away. I drove from Rosarito 3 times a week and did the stretches assigned to me. Then gradually worked my way down to 1x a week. It was about a years worth of time. Then as needed. This man knows his stuff, but you have to do your part and do the exercises too. We now live too far away to continue going, but I no longer live in pain. I keep up on my stretching as best I can and I now go to a chiropractor for just maintenance.

Dr. Jason is incredible at what he does! You can tell that he has been practicing for a long time because his adjustments are smooth and seamless. I have seen multiple chiropractors in the fast and very few perform at the caliber of Dr. Jason. I would give 10 stars if I could!

Very poor experience and I will detail my experience here in chronological order: 1) I first booked an appointment to visit at 5:30pm. I show up to the front desk at around 5:25pm and there was the chiropractor, Jason Morrison (I didn't know it was him at the time) and a lady chatting without acknowledging that I had arrived. They were chatting for a good 10-15 minutes while I was just there standing right in front of them, until the lady finally left and that's when the chiropractor asked me what brought me in condescendingly. I told him I had an appointment and so then he brings me to the back to fill out some paperwork. 2) While I was filling out my paperwork, he told me the fee that I would have to pay for my visit is $80. The price was consistent with what his website said for its "special" (includes initial consultation, x-rays, and a massage), however, he said I would not be receiving the massage since the masseuse was not available and that she is fully booked up. Regardless, I still had to pay the full $80 for this initial visit. Second red flag. 3) After I had finished filling out the paperwork, I was now ready to get my x-rays. While this was happening, his clients started filing in and out, and he attended to them each time a client came in, gave them their service and then came back to me when he was finished. This back and forth took an additional 30-40 minutes for me to just get my simple x-rays done. 4) Finally, I was ready for my realignment of my back and again his other clients kept filing in and out and I was waiting for another 30 minutes just to get my service done. What was the point of setting up an appointment? Overall, my 5:30pm appointment took approximately 1h 30 minutes with 20 minutes of that time actually being attended to and the remaining of the time just me waiting idle. A bit ridiculous to be honest. I felt rushed, I felt I couldn't explain what my issues were. Definitely something you wouldn't want to experience if this was your first time at a chiropractor. All in all, my opinion is that if you are okay with taking risks with your health, then this chiropractor is the one for you. It's literally like a drop-in. You come in, wait your turn, get your back cracked, and go home. There is no point in setting up an appointment. I can see why some people rate his services 5 stars. Like I said, this is the place for people that don't really care for these kinds of things. For me though, I guess I am used to a more of a professional environment when it comes to things related to health, so I definitely did not feel comfortable nor confident that this would be the right place for me. I also couldn't help but think, "did my race play into this poor service?". Next time I definitely won't cheap out at going to a chiropractor. By the way, I also had to email him a week later to ask him to send my x-rays because he didn't send them. And he just sends an email with the x-ray pictures attached and no greeting or comment or anything lol. Anyways, to each their own. Hope this helps.
