Kathryn is really well learned, and has helped my upper back and neck pain tremendously! She takes a holistic approach to pain and the body, and that is helpful. She also tries varied methods to help me depending on how busy I may be or what has been working for me lately. For example, using a lacrosse ball or KT tape. Additionally, she is so friendly and warm. I always look forward to my visits with her!

I originally picked Dr. Kathryn because she does just more than adjusting. She does cupping and scraping and I didn’t see other chiropractors doing that. I love the cupping and scraping.
