Total Body Healthcare

I met Dr. Ed in May 2025. I've had 3 foot surgeries, problems with my knee and some back issues. My foot doctor who was great, really felt like some of my issues was coming from my back. So, I saw 2 back doctors then a neurosurgeon. I was scheduled for a epidural pain block. But, after some bad side effects from some other pain medicine I was afraid of that procedure. A friend kept trying to get me to see Dr. Ed. I have been to other chiropractors over the years that helped , but would only treat the area that was hurting at the time. I was told that he is different. So, I decided to try Total Body Healthcare. He amazed me by his knowledge of the entire body. He performed a scan on my spine like I had never had. The results did upset me, I was surprised at all the problem areas that I had. He explains everything so well. His treatments have helped me feel so much better. Recently, I was diagnosed with TMJ. My doctor referred me to a therapist. When I asked Dr. Ed about this, he said he could do the treatments. This enabled me to have my back and TMJ all in one visit. This issue has really improved in my 7 visits. He is always willing to answer any questions that I have and explains so I can understand. Dr. Ed has definitely helped me and I will continue my treatments. I Highly recommend Dr. Ed Thomas at Total Body Healthcare. He has been an answer to prayer for me. Also, I want to add that the receptionist is wonderful. She is so friendly and helpful. Thank you!!

I'm blown away by Dr. Ed Thomas and Amanda Harris (LMT). A rare bone disease has caused issues throughout my anatomy. I went in to get my frozen shoulder & jacked up neck adjusted and after TWO intentional and light treatments Dr. Ed has me at 99% corrected. After weeks, I can look left again, sleep without waking up 9x, have no nerve pain/pinched and feel the best I have in months. Amanda Harris, the in-house massage therapist is the best I've found in Nashville. She's the catalyst and has helped me heal. And the administrator Jennifer is a chill, welcoming, fun presence. Can't recommend TBH highly enough. I'm so grateful for their expertise and care.
