NUCA is a gentle chiropractic adjustment that Dr. Shelly focus on the top neck vertebrae and your spine unravels the rest of your spine naturally.I switched 3 years ago from a regular crack & twist manual manipulation to Dr. Shelly’s NUCA and my body has responded soo much better and held the adjustment soo much longer! Total fan!!
