The Neck and Back Clinics – Northwest

I’ve had an exceptional experience at the Neck and Back Clinic on North Buffalo Drive. Their customer service is ALWAYS ‼️top-notch, the environment is incredibly comfortable, and I’ve made a Lot of progress⭐️✨✨. A special shoutout to physical therapists Ms.Lisa who’s Discipline and and professionalism Provided me a New hope ⭐️, and therapist Cody “Go Broncos 📢😁😁and to Dr. Kev (very professional and polite)and Dr. Kelly DPT ( very professional & knowledgeable 🫡. & All the rest of the staff!! Thank you ! for the encouragement and support. I’m very grateful!⭐️✨✨

I truly hate giving a one star review, because it's not towards any of the Doctors. It's towards the lack of communication/ information from the young man at the front desk. First off Dr. Fleming is absolutely amazing and very caring and I was glad that I found him. It's been well over a good year since I last had neck and back issues, and evidently things have changed since my last visit. When I called to make an appointment with Dr. Fleming, I was asked if I still have the same phone number and asked the usual questions. But at no point was I informed over the phone that the Clinic no longer except any "Health Insurance" and it would be "Cash Only"! I drove 20 minutes there and sat in the waiting room for roughly 11 minutes, before being informed that I needed to fill out new paperwork based on the Clinic no longer excepting any Health Insurance. When asked how much I would have to pay for my visit, I was told "Oh I don't know"! Really? So, your sitting behind the desk and you fail to inform me in our phone conversation that the Clinic no longer takes any Health insurance and when asked what my total is going to be.....you can't answer! Absolutely not acceptable, not one bit! Had you taken the time to inform me, while I was making the appointment. I could have saved my time and gas driving 20 minutes each way on top of saving 11 minutes sitting in the waiting room, just to be informed of the changes and the lack of knowledge of not knowing what my treatment was going to cost me!!! I could have saved myself the trip and I could have looked elsewhere for a new Chiropractor as soon as we ended the phone call!! Please Retrain your staff, it's not that hard to ask a Patient that calls "When was your last visit" and based on their response....Inform them of the changes regarding the Payment. Do BETTER.

Everyone is very professional and friendly. The facility is very nice and clean. They make you feel comfortable and relaxed from the moment you walk in to the moment you sign out. Will definitely recommend.
