I had been dealing with chest pain and limited movement, and Dr. Derek was able to see me the same day. He quickly found a misaligned rib and adjusted it, giving me instant relief. He's a clear communicator who takes time to explain what’s going on and how he’ll fix it. He’s genuinely eager to help and gets to the root of the issue, not just the symptoms. His office also has a cool, comfortable vibe, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!

Dr. Derek Ierino’s is an incredible chiropractor and professional. He is extremely knowledgeable, informative and you feel like a new person after a session. He takes a lot of pride in his work and you feel his compassion. He is an asset to the North Loop !!

I cannot emphasize this enough, Dr. Ierino is a phenomenal chiropractor. Not only does he work with you, and your adjustment needs, but he designs a rehab plan alongside the adjustments to give you a well-rounded treatment plan. He thinks outside the box and comes prepared to your visit with all the information he needs to properly treat you. I've been to many chiropractors who just get in a routine and don't specialize their treatment plan to your exact needs, but I can concur that Derek does not do that. I was currently in a musical when I came in and had such bad pain in my feet that I could barely stand, and he got me to a place where I didn't have to drop the musical and could actually dance with confidence. Aside from all the great work he does, he's just an overall great person, always a positive attitude, and has his fun quirks which make it an enjoyable experience! Don't forget to check out what weird socks he is wearing, it might make you smile. :)

I initially saw Dr Ierino for a low back injury and he gracefully fit me into his schedule day-of. We dealt with the low back pain and determined a course of action moving forward. The treatment plan was thorough and as my back quickly began feeling better, we pivoted to a shoulder injury. Over the course of a month, I followed the plan laid out by Dr Ierino and rapidly experienced a significant decrease in pain and increase in range of motion. I particularly appreciate Dr Ierino’s holistic approach - not solely focusing on adjustments, but how the entire body works together as a single unit. He incorporated chiropractics, physical therapy, cupping and deep tissue work. I can’t recommend strongly enough. 10/10, would absolutely get cracked again. Thank you!
