If you need cost effective and effective back, shoulder or pain relief then try them. This has helped me tremendously within 4 weeks, I already feel so much better. So that expectations don’t misconstrue the process or progress, be patient and remember to trust in that. Also do your homework and research do home care therapy before and after. Ex. icing, heat, stretch, etc.
