Extremely Disappointing Experience – Unprofessional and Dishonest I had a very negative experience with this chiropractor and cannot recommend their services to anyone. The doctor was not only unprofessional but also quite rude during our interactions. What’s worse, I was fraudulently charged after I had submitted a cancellation request for their monthly subscription well in advance. Initially, I was told by both Dr Yusef and Bryan that canceling was simple and just required a call. I called, was told it was canceled, and then received a form—with no clear instructions. " I called again to confirm, and Bryan reassured me it was canceled and asked me to email the completed form, which I did that same day. Despite following all instructions, I was charged two weeks later. When I brought this up, the doctor was dismissive and rude, claiming the charge was justified because the form wasn't received before the billing date—without even checking their records. I forwarded the email with cancellation form that was sent to them well in advance of billing date. Later, Bryan admitted it was his mistake for “not clicking a button”, and assured me again it would be canceled and returned. Additionally, I requested the corporate number, I was lied to and told one didn’t exist (I easily found it online). The doctor also hung the phone up on me. This whole situation involved multiple lies, lack of accountability, and extremely poor customer service—all over a billing error the Doctor refused to own. If this is how they handle money and communication, I absolutely would not trust them with my physical health. Also, be aware that this location has a history of randomly closing without notice, even during posted business hours. Believe the negative reviews—my experience sadly confirmed them.
