Dr. Chase Hayden and his team are the best! Always courteous, attentive, professional, helpful and kind, everyone there goes out of their way to make your experience easy so you feel totally held. They generally run on time so my appointments are not delayed. I've been to many holistic and natural clinics and doctors over the past 40+ years, and they are by far the best and most effective I’ve worked with. Dr. Hayden explains everything in an understandable way, and goes to great lengths to be sure you understand and are on board with your health plan. He has resolved things for me that others could not quite untangle and does so in ways that I can manage. I love The Hayden Institute and bet you will too 👍

Very grateful to have found Dr. Hayden. After seeing multiple specialists over a 2+ year span, without resolution, I was defeated. When I came to Dr. Hayden, I initially didn’t have much hope. But after my 1st visit, I soon realized he actually got it. He not only understood what I was going through, he had extensive knowledge and didn’t hesitate to start me on a game plan to feel better. He explains everything in a way you understand, listens, and modifies your treatment if and when necessary. Admittedly, I am not the “easiest” patient. Dr. Hayden never made me feel that way though. He’s always been very compassionate and understanding. He’s not pushy and more importantly, follows up with his recommendations and modifies when needed. Autoimmune is such a complex, emotional, draining journey. I can truthfully say, Dr. Hayden changed my life.

In 15+ years of holistic care, we’ve never had a worse experience than with Hayden Institute. We were assigned Dr. Elissa. Based on the testing conducted, a protocol was assigned, which included supplementation. We followed the assigned program in its entirety during a 3-month period of treatment. After each month, with no visible results, we raised concern and were told that it could take up to 60 days, then it could take up to 60-90 days. We “trusted the process” as holistic care can take some time. After 90 days of treatment, extensive supplementation that netted zero positive results, and having spent over $3,800, we expressed our displeasure to the doctor. She explicitly stated that ‘I must be missing something’ and ‘had exhausted her modalities and scope of care.’ She recommended we consult with Dr. Hayden who might be able to ‘fill in the gaps and holes I missed.’ Clearly, the root/main cause was incorrectly diagnosed during the entire process. Not our fault! We followed the assigned protocols 100%. We requested reimbursement or adequate compensation as the misdiagnosis was clearly the main issue. The testing was inaccurate, therefore, zero progress. After phone calls and email attempts, the Doctors did not even reply or take our phone call. They showed ZERO OWNERSHIP for their inaccurate testing. They made no attempt to admit their mistakes or make them right. The Doctors and business Owner took zero responsibility! The only offer, via an office manager’s email, was a free consultation that is a fraction of the amount of money we “invested”. The office manager just said, ‘I’m sorry and I understand your frustration.’ Well, “I’m sorry” does not equate to being out over $3,800 with nothing to show for it. No ownership. No professionalism. No responses. No responsibility. No adequate resolution. Just bad business. Save your money and go elsewhere.
