I have heard that the definition of insanity is to keep repeating the same thing that does not work. That moment of realization came after leaving the office of my last chiropractor feeling hopeless about the recurring pain and stiffness in my back. He cracked my back and it felt better, but I knew it was just a matter of time before the cycle started over. I had to find a solution that worked. I needed real healing to my nervous system. I'd heard about Network Spinal but didn't trust gentle methods. My grandpa was an old school 'snap n crack' chiropractor, and I equated that sort of treatment with relief. But since it no longer worked for me, I took a leap of faith and started care with Dr. Cindy a year ago. It was slow work at first and there were times when I wondered if the treatments were doing much good. But after Dr. Cindy brought me out of a particularly bad reinjury to my back I started believing in the efficacy and applying myself to doing the work. Between weekly visits, I practiced the breathing exercises and the gentle touch with movement, trying to get my mind to reconnect with my body. I also researched Network Spinal and the science behind it and came away impressed. I'm now convinced by the results I've experienced. Feeling is believing, and feeling my body recover its natural alignment is beyond words to describe. Dr. Cindy will point to the science behind what she does as the reason why it works, but there's some real healing magic, too. Our sessions get deeper and deeper to address the root issues and it's working. And it really seems like a miracle.

After being stuck in pain for quite awhile, it has been a wonderful experience to have it slowly peeled away, layer by layer. I am learning so much, and am moving forward with this non-traditional, but effective therapeutic mode.

When I came To see Dr. Cindy I had so much neck pain and dizziness, Dr. Cindy helped me so much my neck pain is gone. She is a healer, kind , and caring. My experience with Dr. Cindy started 2 years ago at the age of 82. I came in with 5 compression fractures in my back. Also had Fibromyalgia Rheumatica. I was in almost constant pain. My heating pad was my best friend. My. daughter suggested I try Network chiropractic. I found Dr. Cindy and that was how my journey started. I didn't have that first treatment immediate relief that some others have experienced. . I came home and and went to bed with my friend heating pad. After my 2nd treatment I came home in pain went to bed with heating pad. I awoke the next morning with no pain and started cleaning house. Dr. Cindy has been with me through a lot, My my dealing with congestive heart failure, the implantation of a pacemaker, implantation of a Watchman device.. The death of my 2 younger sisters within a few months of each other. Showing. how her work effects " ME" . Mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. I feel great most of the time, I'm not perfect. Visits with Dr. Cindy help keep me, energized and healthier physically, and spiritually, Best of all happy most of the time.
