When I arrived at the office my spirit was broken as bad as my Back. I was told the arthritis in my spine is so severe I need to get to a Neurosurgeon asap. Soonest they (Medical professionals) get me in is 2 weeks. So for the nextb2 weeks I can't sit, stand upright, and can only walk about 10ft before I have to stop and regroup in order to finish just getting into the office. So yes with being told all we can do is load you up on opioids and relaxers. Justin had me walking upright within 20 minutes. I was still very sensitive in the areas that had me bent over. Second visit. Justin lined me back up. And I can walk upright. Short distances. He was able to free up the pinched nerve in my left leg. And has lessened the pain a lot. I still have the Medical situation that needs addressed but now I can make it that long thanks to the expertise of Justin. As for Justin himself, he truly cares about helping his patients and is a great listener. He hears you. Not like a ER Dr. who has a predetermined diagnosis for your condition. They were telling me it was a pulled muscle. I was an athlete growing up. I know what a pulled muscle is and told 4 Dr's in the office and 2 trips to the ER all trying to convince me that is what it was. We pushed for the MRI and paid for it out of pocket to get it done right away. Huh no pulled muscle. Instead I'm now hearing severe arthritis in my spine we need to get you taken care of in 14 days. Justin is making that timeline possible. Thank you Justin for saving my sanity and bring some relief from the unbearable pain.

Great experiment and great customer service

Absolutely wonderful visit and I will be returning. I felt more relief after one visit than I have at other locations after numerous visits. Dr. Nielsen even wished me a happy birthday two days later! Excellent practice!!
