I had to get a dot physical,,, the service was so awesome!! The dr. Actually came out from the back & sat nex to me in waiting room & showed me how to digitally fill out D. O. T. Application on his ipad,,so friendly & efficient the secretary @ frt desk,, within 35 minutes did all paperwork & physical had certificate on my way ,, $75 ,, cant beat it ,, just awesome service.but his breath was horrible, stinky , ugh !!!
