If I could give them 10 stars I would. My brother told me about Dr Lopez. I've been a patient for 6 years. She provides great stress relief adjustments. Her two staff members in the front are very nice and friendly. I like her new office location. She helped me recover from a sports-related shoulder and back injury. Her adjustments and treatment plan were personalized and effective. She truly understands athletic injuries and rehabilitation. As an active person, I trust her to keep me performing at my best. They came recommended. I however am highly disappointed as I tried for two weeks to get them to contact my insurance, said they would then call me back, nope, I kept calling them. Finally approved, got an appointment for the following week. They sent a text 2 hours before my appointment and canceled it, said they left a message last week, nope. All the appointments they could give me to make it up I already have prior commitments, the times I have they wouldn't accommodate me. April might be great but her office has a lot to be desired.

If I could give them 0 or negative stars I would. If you must go ask for a receipt after each appointment. I regret not being firm on that. Women- I’m not sure if the short Hispanic male massage person is still there, ask for a female massage person. The billing has been horrible, it’s not clear - payments were not all applied on the billing statement. I’m on the petite side, I felt the pressure was too much from the treatment therefore I didn’t get the adjustment on every appointment.

This is a fantastic office for all your chiropractic needs! Dr. Lopez and her entire staff are so pleasant and make sure I am taken care of. Great customer service is so rare nowadays. Dr. Lopez is the first chiropractor that I have ever seen, and she made sure to communicate what she did because I was nervous. I have been a loyal patient since October 2023, and I have not had one bad experience here. Come here for all your needs!
