Dr. Tonnies has been instrumental in my progression to getting better. I have a very complicated case. After not being able to turn my neck for years he helped me to get motion back. He is very caring and patient. I highly recommend him.

I have been seeing "traditional" chiropractors for some years. A doctor referred me to Dr. Josh several years back. After he explained the "Upper Cervical Method" versus the other, I couldn't understand why everyone wouldn't see an UC practitioner. I highly appreciate his knowledge and research about all things health-related. He is extremely patient, and a teacher when you have questions. Working with Dr. Josh and STLUCC has been a beautiful, healing, and honestly life changing experience. I first came in 6 months ago in a bad spot. I had been diagnosed with trigeminal neuralgia, an issue with the trigeminal nerve on the left side of my face. I felt scared and hopeless. I had been told by my doctors that, aside from nerve painkillers with bad side effects or high risk surgery, there wasn't anything they could do.
