If you are in any type of pain... Trust me and visit Dr. Murphy. Typically a chiropractor wants me to come in a ton of times for an issue... In my experience with Dr. Murphy, it has been either... 1. Pain he immediately fixes... And I don't even need a second visit Or 2. I have an issue that is on going where he gives me an adjustment and at home exercises. I may follow up with him a few times because I need to and want more input on at home excercises...but I don't feel pressured to go in 3 times a week for 8 weeks or anything. He even created a streaching program he emailed to me for an issue... This was a tremendous help for what I was dealing with. If you are looking for a knowledgeable non-pushy chiropractor that just wants you not in pain... Don't hesitate to call him. I value him so much if he stopped taking my insurance I would pay regular price.
