Extreme rude office manager . I don’t understand how the doctor can hire such a rude person to be his office manager and handle complaints and concerns from patients . No customer service skills and or education on how to speak . I will not be going back I heard her ( Stephanie office manager ) talking bad about some of the patients and making fun of an elderly lady that’s just so unprofessional. I wonder if doctor knows what’s going on when he is not around ! Don’t come here unless u want to be treated bad and feel belittled!!

I obtained treatment over the past 3 months and it was truly the best to say the least. From the moment of checking in you are greeted in such professional manner it makes you feel so welcomed, you are called in within minutes of checking in. As for the therapy it helped quite a lot, you are able to feel and notice the difference within a couple of days. Amazing spine care, keep up the good work !

This place is horrible my wife in pain had to sit through a horrible interrogation through one person that can’t communicate the same information to the doctor or do it right there and there - it’s a waste of time they are incompetent individuals that are in my opinion just scamming the system - they should get their act together and be compassionate about the clients and not just overbook the appointment's in order to charge the government I think 4.5 hours is way to much wait time - get your act together people. And interestingly they tell you that they aren’t biased when you can clearly see they are getting paid by the government to be biased ….. shady shady
