Dr. Bell does great work. He uses strong pressure and firm adjustments without the jarring of most chiropractors. I walked in feeling like a crushed aluminum can. I walked out like a roll of tinfoil. Such a great adjustment as always. Renee at reception also deserves a note. She's friendly, organized, and happy to see everyone.

Spinal Dynamics has a wonderful new addition, Dr. Harold Iseke, D.C. who is a master at chiropractic. I have been seeing him for more than 5 months. I have chronic pain that dates back..well...a LONG time ago and Dr. Iseke takes the time to use all the equipment at hand to help me deal with my neck, hips and back always being out of whack. Chiropractic absolutely keeps me from going on pain pills. When I come in with an "extra" pain, Dr. Iseke takes the time to work on that as well. This is a great office to visit, wonderful staff, and they have validated parking as well.

I highly recommend Dr. Iseke and Dr Bell! I have been going for a year, and the improvement of motion of my injury without surgery is fantastic. Also, a special shout out to Rene for all the aloha she embodies. This office makes you feel like Ohana <3

Dr. Bell is hands down the best chiropractor on Oahu. I’ve been to several and he is the very best. Unlike many places where you’re in and out in 5-10 mins and just a quick adjustment, Dr. Bell has a lot of fantastic equipment to help with your aches and pains. Most importantly, he listens to you and discusses a dynamic treatment plan to help get you back on track (yoga, stretching, exercises, adjustments, posture, etc.). He’s a fellow surfer/snowboarder/skier, and so he knows how those sports impact the body and he’s dedicated to helping you make the necessary adjustments to enjoy those sports as much as possible. If you’re an athlete, you want an athlete to work on you! Additionally, he’s just a super nice and thoughtful person. If you’re looking for a quick in-and-out adjustment, go somewhere else. However, if you’re looking for a doctor who is going to really work with you in a holistic way to resolve the issues you’re experiencing, someone super dedicated to healing you and seeing you healthier, go see Dr. Bell.
