Don't go here if you're insured by Medicare. They will bill Medicare for something Medicare doesn't cover. You will get a bill even if you have a good medigap plan. I saw Dr. Butler and was looking forward to him being my chiropractor. He is listed on Medicare's website as a provider the accepts the billing policies of Medicare. He is not. Never was I told that there was a billing item I would be responsible for paying. If I had been informed of this I wouldn't have proceeded. Not only that the amount of the "New Patient" charge was two times the amount of the actual procedure. To prey on Medicare patients by using these kind of tactics to increase their charges is reprehensible. Be honest with your patients! Put the charges they will have to come out of pocket to pay directly in front of them. Have them sign off! Transparency with your billing please! Needless to say this practice has lost a patient. I will be seeking chiropractic services elsewhere going forward. 09/16/2025 Update: Dr. Butler's assistant called me on September 10th and told me that Dr. Butler had decided to forgive the new patient fee -the $185.00 fee that got reduced to the self-insured fee of $85.00. She told me he agreed with me that I shouldn't be held responsible for fees I wasn't told about up front. I asked her to thank him for me. I've increased my star rating from one to three, not any higher because this never should have happened in the first place. I hope SWIC fixes their systems so this never happens again.

I would caution anyone considering this clinic. Despite the impressive-looking building and large exam rooms, the focus here feels more like running a business than providing real medical care. In my experience, abnormal lab results were not addressed or followed up on, leaving me without the guidance I needed. I saw Roberta Champouillon who seemed inexperienced and rushed — knowledge was given from ChatGPT rather than providing thoughtful, personalized medical advice. That is not what patients deserve when it comes to their health. On top of that, the medical assistants were very rude and unprofessional, acting as though they didn’t want to be there. Their attitude toward patients only added to the feeling that this clinic prioritizes speed and billing over genuine care. Appointments are extremely short; I was in and out faster than at a fast food restaurant, with no opportunity for meaningful discussion. I worry about other patients who may be fooled by the appearance of this clinic, only to discover that the quality of care is not what it should be. Healthcare should be about patient well-being, not just ringing up the next check.

They are always very friendly and have provided excellent care.
