Stay clear of this place if Thelma is there. I really liked Dr. Kling Jr and have seen him for many steroid shots. I'm not one to complain or leave bad review. But; THELMA owes me an APOLOGY. I just called to confirm my Monday appointment since they didn't call me back.. I've been coming here for a few years. Dr Kling MD. Is a great young man, this individual office staff member needs work. Thelma was very rude and overly pushy with me. Why do people like her not get it. We pay her salary. Be nice to patients. I did hangup on her because she wouldn't let me speak or tell my side. Her tone was very accusing and SO SHE CALLED ME BACK RIGHT AWAY FROM ANOTHER PHONE number JUST TO GIVE ME more CRAP FOR HANGING UP ON HER. She would not let me speak and her terrible tone was abusive, so I hung up and I'll do it again Rude as all getup. Thelma and her punishing tone called me a liar saying they don't make appointments for HMO insurance. But I called a week ago and set it 11am 4/22. I'm not a lier! A girl set appointment last week and said will get Auth from BCBSTX. They drop ball. I I asked for a call back if they have troubles. I didn't get that. So I called today. Wow.I didn't need this stress on top of my neck pain. They've taken my insurance for many years with no issues. My GP was called several times. This week, they've had a referral on file. I just canceled my 11am with MD Kling for MONDAY that Thelma claims I never set? Wow really? I have phone records to prove my calls. (Update,Dr Kling didn't give a crap about my troubles with hisnstaff. Imever heard one apology, npt one im sorry. To heck with him too) STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE. ITS YOUR LIFE, YOUR HEALTH! GO ELSEWHERE......REALLY Dr Kling, call me and I'll discuss with you. If this review is still here, it means he didn't reach out and doesn't care. I'll move on to a DR. I looked and had multiple doctors / chiropractors and everything I could find to relieve my pain . Once I found David & Austin it was all over . They pay attention to detail and treat you , not what the book says to treat . Highly recommend to anyone needing help on any part of your body .

Great doctor did take care of my pain…however can not say the same for his receptionist, she give you an appointment and change it without letting patience know, then she act dumb about it, very unprofessional, thank god I don’t have to go back to this place. Thank God, there’s plenty of other doctors. I did let my Neurosurgeon aware of it so he will not sent patience over there.

Saw Dr .D. Kling after a new T12 fracture and an old L 5 S 1 fracture. Dr. Kling was able to pinpoint my pain which had left me almost immobile. I’m have such hope. Dr. Kling is passionate about his commitment to returning his patients mobility to the best it can be with less pain. He has an amazing communication style that has the patient participating in a plan for moving forward. The office staff is excellent, professional and caring. God bless this man.

From the staff to Dr. Kling, it’s an over all sense of calm. I haven’t seen Dr. Kling in years but in a good way. I haven’t been in any pain and my usual spasms have not hit me in years! Thank you!!!
