I came to Dr. Austin Kling twice for the 'Ring Dinger' and it definitely helped with my back issues (mild to moderate L4-L5 disc herniation with chronic pain with sitting). The concept makes sense to me and I felt significant improvement for about 6 months after the first visit (thoracic and cervical spine also felt improved). I then began to feel my lower back tighten up again and did a second visit a week ago.

Absolutely love this place! Staff are amazing! Dr Kling Sr is awesome and knows his stuff! They always take care of me! Been coming for years and even referred ppl here and they agree of how awesome this place is. I tend to have back pain and neck pain, coming here I know I'm in good hands and that they care!

This is a terrible experience with your receptionist. While I understand that misunderstandings can happen, her rude and disrespectful behavior was completely unacceptable. It's especially concerning in a medical setting, where patients are already vulnerable and seeking help. Because of this interaction, I cannot recommend this practice. The way patients are treated is just as important as the medical care itself.

Dr. David Kling was my chiropractor for years. Didn't need to go that often because not only did he do a great job but he also educated me on how to address my issues . I was a little nervous about trying out Dr. Austin Kling but I hoped " The apple hadn't fallen far from the tree"☺️ I was not disappointed. He listened carefully, addressed the problem and gave me pointers on what to expect and how to take care of myself. Thumbs up for Austin 👍
