The Smith Family Wellness Center does not value the time of their patients. Any conflicts with schedule, they blame their scheduler.. they do not take accountability for wasting a patients time of day. I make every effort to be on time or early for an appointment.. However, they show up late every time.. I have had to wait over 30min for them to show up.. this last time, they said my appoint was never confirmed, yet they were the ones whom called me to set it up. Never again will I give them the opportunity to waste my Saturday.

Went to the office at 9am.. as per when they open. no one there.. I spoke to someone via the door intercom. They had a 4pm appointment.. Yes, I would take that.. my phone wasn't connecting with them.. back at my hotel. Called..yes I'm hurting. Yes, I'll be there for 4 pm.. They called my hotel..later.. 4pm no longer available.... no appointments tomorrow.. they need someone more competent to work their phones.. Very Disappointing.. ...next stop, Maui. hope someone can help me there

Dr. Smith hat mir den Urlaub gerettet. In Vancouver hatte ich schmerzen im unteren Rücken und bis Hawaii waren sie nicht mehr ertragbar. In Hawaii bin ich sofort zu Dr. Smith und danach konnte ich 2 Wochen Hawaii geniessen. Der 10h Flug von Hawaii nach New York war nach dem Besuch von Dr. Smith kein Problem. Danke Dr. Smith!!
