Was a new patient and had a consult with Dr. Stephen G. Ray. As a female, he made a remark that didn't sit well with me. Right before I had to change for my scan, he handed me the robe and said "we can be friends, no we cant". After going over it with my therapist I decided to not go back.

This place is a 10/10. All the staff are excellent. Mike is the only person I will get a massage from in Portland. Dr Sheppard and Ray are both great as well.

Dr. Scott Shephard has consistently provided me with exceptional care for my back issues over the years, and my recent visit was no exception. I was experiencing debilitating pain and difficulty standing up straight, with any movement causing intense discomfort, particularly when walking. Upon entering his clinic, I was hunched over in agony, but after receiving his treatment, I left standing tall and feeling significantly improved. If you would have told me that I would feel this good a week after hardly being able to move I wouldn't have believed you. But Dr Shephard took me from barely walking and in excruciating pain, to 95% better in a week of regular treatments. I am amazed. Plus he's a very nice guy. Support staff is wonderful as well, very professional and they go above and beyond to accommodate. Highly recommend!
