Dr. Dan is our go-to chiro for RoCo dance teachers, and we love him! I’ve been seeing him on and off for a few months and I’ve definitely noticed improvements. My body feels lighter when dancing and teaching my classes. His professional and attentive approach has really helped me feel more balanced and mobile. Highly recommend!

Dr Shapero is very informative and great at explaining the process and listening to his patients. The office is calming, comfortable and has the most beautiful clown fish. I had been suffering with major back pain for over a month before I visited his office, but experienced immediate relief after just one appointment. Dr. Dan Shapero is an amazing and effective chiropractor. He helped resolve the pain in my back. I plan to continue to see Dr. Shapero to maintain my progress. Suzie works the front desk and easily facilitates scheduling (and helpful appointment reminders). I highly recommend Shapero Chiropractic!

So glad I was referred to Dr. Dan by my peers many years ago. I was having a lot of lower back issues postpartum and after several visits, I was golden. Several years later, due to my poor posture and countless hours sitting in front of the computer, I'm back at Dr. Dan's. After a few adjustments, I already felt a million times better but what really stood out was walking 25k+ steps at Disneyland and not once, did my back hurt - AMAZING. Thanks Dr. Dan! Special shout out to Suzie, who is the sweetest and most helpful assistant ever. What a duo!

Please excuse this much-too-long tribute but Dan deserves nothing less. And Suzie too! I was with the same chiropractor for almost 20 years and panicked when he retired after 45 years of practice. After my chiropractor left San Francisco, I cartwheeled the chiropractor sector for over 6 months and eventually believed I would have to live a less quality life because I could not find a detailed healer that new his stuff. Then I went to Dan Shapero and everything changed. I have slight to sever neck pain that can, at times, travel as far down as my hips and feet. My knees are old and weak. I visit Dan three or four times a month and have had had very effective care that is the difference between being in pain and going out and living a comfortable life. I also have a condition that gives me chronic pain and Dan took the time to understand this Dan’s knowledge of Anatomy and Neuromuscular disorders is outstanding and his ability to communicate your situation while taking the time to listen is 2nd to none. There are many Chiropractors out there (take it from someone who knows) who can 'crack and pop' your joints/bones - but it takes an expert with skill/technique combined with a deep understanding of the origin of your pain to create magic. I cannot recommend Dan enough to any person experiencing physical pain anywhere on the body, or any kind of problem with any internal organs. His style is very evasive and I always leave feeling I've received the best treatment available. His fees are reasonable, the San Francisco office is very close to public transportation and I've never sat more than five minutes in the waiting room. Suzie is a treat to be around also! Dan did not become the Chiropractor for USF Athletic Department by luck. Trust me, he's a master of his craft. M
