I’ve been a client here for several years and have appreciated the support I received in the past. Unfortunately, my recent visit crossed a clear professional boundary. I was in pain, recovering from a wrist injury, and feeling deeply vulnerable. Instead of being met with care and compassion, the session felt harsh, chaotic, and emotionally unsafe. The judgment and volatility I experienced left me feeling uncomfortable and unsettled. I entered a dry needling/acupuncture session in tears, which only intensified the physical discomfort. Additionally, I felt uneasy about the repeated mention of personal religious beliefs during sessions. True healing requires presence, gentleness, and respect for boundaries - none of which I felt were upheld during this experience. I’m sharing this feedback in hopes it helps others make informed decisions about where they choose to receive care.
