Been having "weird" discomfort-pain & tightness of mid-low back for years, seen two chiros & four body workers, nada. Dr. Ringdahl listened & said "your rib is out" (what?!), palpated the area, "Yep, rib is out". He did e-stim, used warming ultrasound-like device & adjusted (3 ribs were out!?--I'm resentful of the other 2 chiros now). I left blown away by the effective, expeditious treatment session. Ultra athlete hubby has been seeing him over a decade. Teen has gotten great results for her hyper-mobile neck (she "cracks" it, fingers, toes, etc. 60-80x daily). Wish he were closer to Seal Beach. Come to Seal, Doc.

I loved being at Dr. Ringhdals and the description here is accurate. I was here for a while and he definitely helped me whenever I had a sprained ankle from biking which I had a lot of growing up learning how to bike. I biked at a later age yet I still yearn to bike 30+ miles again. Honestly I'm very happy to see your office still open. He tells me he treats famous athletes and that's very neat. I loved how organized his office is and the little place he has is very tidy the receptionist was very nice. Keep up the great work! Thank you for treating me back then. It's a new year filled with prosperous joy!
