UPDATE: My legal name is in your system! Original post! I had an unfortunate experience with scheduling an appointment. Due to a work emergency, I had to cancel my first appointment and was able to reschedule for the following Monday. However, I became sick the day before and had to cancel again. While I understand that cancellations can be inconvenient, the person I spoke to initially was pleasant until they informed me that if I missed another appointment, I would no longer be allowed to be a patient. I found this very off-putting and not understanding of my circumstances, especially since I had valid reasons for both cancellations. I am hesitant to reschedule at this point as I didn't feel supported, and this experience has made me reconsider my options.

The RegenMD team is absolutely phenomenal to work with. I personally had the pleasure of working with Bethany, my experience has been amazing. Not only does Bethany truly cares about the heath and well being of her patients, but she has gone above and beyond for me to ensure the success of my regime. Truly cannot say enough great things about this team.

For a “Chiropractor place”, the therapies were distinctly thin on the ground. There were no massages/therapies offered as advertised and the only treatments they offered consisted of daily Botox injections that made my hands swell up like four balloons

From start to finish, everyone there is like a warm hug. I always feel safe putting myself in their capable hands bc I know they really care. Dr Paul in PT in particular makes me laugh (in a good way) bc he’s so enthusiastic about what he does and is determined to make his patients feel better. But everyone there is exemplary and I know I’m in excellent hands.

Company seems to be moving in the wrong direction. I happened to be a bystander of one of their “trainees” one of their “trained” employees made a decision upon his care without not thoroughly train or support. Which has caused complications in to my friend’s health and have chronic issues. Communication is a huge problem. Management often doesn’t have the people or skill to effectively coordinate efforts. It is just horrible environment here, staff is always late I wouldn’t even send my worst enemy here… Another time I had to go for a physical therapy visit with a family friend here at Regen. The receptionist got an attitude and talking about her baby daddy issues on work hours… Came in with recovering from a fractured tibia that needed stitches. It took them so long that by the time they got around to putting her name on the list that she lost so much blood, developed red papeles developing on her chest, chest pain, short of breath and the wound had become infected and by the time they actually stitched her up the infection in her chin had developed into Type 2 civilization on the Kardashian scale and had built a miniature Dyson sphere around the light bulb in the reception smh.
