Frustrating Experience. I recently received a bill from Pusch Ridge Chiropractic office regarding services provided a couple of years ago. very confusing and concerning to me. I tried calling the office last Friday but no one answered. At the time of my visit, I specifically had a conversation with Doctor’s Wife’s who assured me that my insurance covered 100% of the visit costs. Based on that assurance, I proceeded with the services under the understanding that I would not owe anything out of pocket. Given the significant time that has passed and the clear communication I received at the time, it does not make sense to send me this bill. however and now I'm dealing with her sending a very unusual bill for $145??

i’m so beyond grateful i found this place!! before i came in i was in excruciating pain. Doctor Loren has helped me so much just within the two appointments i’ve had!! When your body feels better your brain feels better. i love this office because i feel as though i’m treated with kindness, understanding, and a holistic approach. pain exhausts us and it sure does feel good to be able to move my body again and have over the top amazing service. thank you!!

I've been seeing Dr. Welch at Pusch Ridge Chiropractic for over a year now. I would go every month or so for maintenance, but once in awhile, I would need a little extra help with an overuse injury because of the physical work I do as a PT Tech. He has been fantastic and I always left feeling great. Never needed to go more frequently than once every few weeks or so. My work hours recently changed, and I have not been able to get into see him. I broke down and went to a place that is open on the weekends. I left there feeling no better than when I went in, and they were trying to get me to come in a minimum of 2 to 3 times a week for the next couple of months. After going to chiropractors for over 40 years, I'm pretty good at knowing who to avoid and who to stick with. Dr. Welch/Pusch Ridge Chiropractic is going to remain my GO-TO chiropractic no matter what I have to do to get there. Thank you Dr. Welch. You'll be seeing me soon.
