After having my initial back and neck pain addressed, I started on the MedX program, where I progressed through increasing amounts of weight on workout machines designed specifically to strengthen neck and back muscles. I completed the MedX program almost a week ago, and now I can’t even remember what it was like to have neck and back pain like I did when I started with Dr. Scott!
