I will start off by saying that every person employed here during my visits was extremely kind, and this review is only representative of my experience with chiropractic care as a whole, which I will not be trying again. I've had a very specific pain close to my left shoulder blade for roughly 6 years that arises when I am sedentary for too long. I saw a Groupon for this place and decided to give it a shot. After 3 appointments, many x-rays taken, and 40+ minute waits in the waiting room (yes, even with an appointment), nothing was resolved. In fact, the last time I was there, the Chiropractor told me while looking at my x-rays that he would "need to think more" about the root cause of my issue... It is my expectation that he would have already "thought about it" before I showed up to the appointment, instead of completely wasting my time. Yes, as you can probably guess, he wanted me to come back AGAIN, for the 4th time, to tell me what might be wrong. Look, I understand that some people enjoy the immediate relief of Chiropractic care, and maybe it works for them, but I saw 0 value in any of the "exercise machines" that they had me use, the "electroshock therapy", scraping, adjustments, etc etc. I Googled "rhomboid muscle exercises" that I could do at home, and all I needed was my floor, a towel, and a chair. I have felt much greater impact and relief from these muscle stretches than from anything they did for me. Oh, and guess what? This was free.

I have been going to Dr. Rae for several months now and have been meaning to write a glowing review for just as long. To say that she and her staff are wonderful is understatement. Every time I go in, I leave feeling better and lighter. Dr. Rae is very knowledgeable, professional and always kind. She listens and adjusts the plan based on how I feel and what I need. Her staff is also amazing. They are nice, welcoming and always accommodate my schedule. I highly recommend Dr. Rae and her team for everything from acupuncture to adjustments.
