Starting from the person I spoke to on phone to book an appt, to the person at check-in, to the person who took care of me in the room and to Dr. Bobby, the BEST people ever! I was from out of town and needed desperately to see a chiropractor. I relied on reviews and took the chance. I will be forever grateful for each person who cared for me like I was their best friend. I will definitely visit again if I am back in NYC and find myself needing an adjustment. THANK YOU for everything!

These people are incompetent. I booked an appointment at 10am for 6pm and emailed all my insurance documents etc. They called me at 5:45 while I was in the waiting room to tell me they don’t accept my insurance. Take a hike.

Dr. Tavares is amazing! I just had my very first chiropractic appointment, and I’m absolutely amazed! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and at ease. The doctor took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and really listened to my concerns. I walked out feeling lighter and more relaxed!
