I booked a 90 minute session with Aki and it was easily one of the best massages I have ever received. I was amazed by his skills and precision. He takes his time going intentionally slow and very purposefully which is what my body needs otherwise it just tightens up and goes into defensive/activated mode for the session. Usually when working with someone for the first time, they do not have this instinct or practice so it often takes a few sessions for them to learn this. However, Aki figured this out within the first few minutes without me even telling him. I found the session to be therapeutical body work with him very patiently moving every part little by little until I got more range of motion or loosened up. I really felt like I could stand taller and open up my shoulders more by the end of our time together. I look forward to returning again soon!

Dr. Soto provided amazing care and work. l've had chronic back pain for years after I slipped on the floor on my concrete garage. After seeing Dr Soto, he provided chiropractic adjustment as well as cupping and I feel better than I ever have. So happy I walked in to this office on a whim one day and found Dr. Soto! I have chronic right side pain in my hip, back and shoulder after many orthopedic injuries and he has been able to identify and treat these areas with precision in just a few appointments with a variety of techniques. He's warm, friendly, and skilled at his work. My Kaiser HMO plan is accepted and my co-pay is cheap! Highly highly recommend him and Premier Health Chiropractic.
