Dr. Alexandra Fonseca is an exceptional practitioner. She successfully treated my headaches/neck pain and also provided me with a set of effective exercises to maintain these results. I highly recommend her to anyone experiencing similar issues.

I have been going to see Dr Allie for over a year and my body feels completely different. The first time I saw her was the first chiro adjustment I had ever had. She talked me through every step of the way and was super kind, communicative and funny. In addition to giving adjustments, she also assigned PT exercises so it's a comprehensive treatment plan. The combination of regular adjustments and doing the exercises has significantly improved my posture and how my body feels throughout the day. Dr. Allie is the best, I've recommended her to several people and everyone adores her. The office staff is always warm and super helpful too. Love this team!

Love working with Andrea and Alexandra for trigger point/deep tissue massage and chiropractic sessions, respectively. I always feel immediate relief from the symptoms I’m experiencing - and then over the course of the next several days I continue to feel more limber and in my body. I've seen Dr. Brad for a number of months, & couldn't be happier. Just one example: I had such a bad lower back pull from an unwise gym workout, I literally could hardly walk for 3 days. I managed to make it to Dr. Brad's office. After he adjusted, massaged & taped, I walked out of his office feeling significantly better. In 2 days, I was almost completely healed. Dr. Brad is incredibly knowledgeable and caring. His "homework" exercises have aleviated pain I've had for years. Can't recommend him too highly.
