After a sudden pinched nerve in my lower back, causing my left thigh to cramp severely, I was unable to walk without assistance and I was in excruciating pain. Dr. Yalda began gentle adjustments and recommended Nancy for massage therapy. Dr. Yalda is knowledgeable and compassionate. I began regular adjustments and gradually regained my mobility. Adding Nancy’s massage therapy in my treatment plan has been life-changing. Nancy made me feel comfortable immediately. She provides a safe, calm, relaxing atmosphere. She customizes each session to my needs and focuses on releasing tight areas with healing pressure. I would not have regained my flexibility and strength without the help of chair yoga, pilates, consistency of Dr. Yalda’s Chiropratic adjustments, and Nancy’s massage therapy.
