The VA put in my consultation for massage therapy at Piianaia Ohana Chiropractic Care. During my first 2 visits, I did not receive massage therapy. The 3rd visit, I received therapy, however the therapist offered no privacy when I undressed. Also Dr. Piianaia began questioning me about my chiropractic consultations and requested I use his business. I chose not to do this due to what I've mentioned above. On my 4th and most recent visit, after a short 30 minute, above clothes massage, Dr. Piianaia asked again about my chiropractic consultation. I told him I decided to see who the VA had arranged for me. He told me he tried to warn me that he prefers to bundle massage with chiropractic care and that he would be dropping clients that are not seeing him for both. This pressure persuaded me that Piianaia Ohana Chiropractic was not the best place for my care. When the VA contacted him about this issue, he denied everything and refused to terminate my consultation despite my request, preventing me from seeking care through the VA at another location FOR A YEAR. I don't recommend Dr. Piianaia or his business. The location was unprofessional, and he seems shady and greedy for business. He did not care for my needs as a patient. Clients, especially VETERANS...BEWARE!

Dr. Mike has been absolutely amazing in helping me relieve my pain. Having tissue therapy there as well is a huge benefit for the entire body. Muscular and skeletal go hand in hand and Dr. Mike has got it all in-house. Highly recommend!
