Rarely do I write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my incredible experience at Dr. Jay Hudson's Physical Therapy & Chiropractor care facility in Miami Beach. After a scooter accident left me in severe pain — with injuries to my neck, hip, leg, and wrist — I arrived at the clinic feeling hopeless and unsure if I’d ever feel like myself again. From the moment I walked in, the team’s professionalism and compassion stood out. Dr. Hudson paired me with physical therapist Jonathan De Castro, and I truly cannot say enough about him. Jonathan is exceptional — not only in his expertise but in his dedication and care. Week after week, he guided me through personalized rehab sessions that were both effective and enjoyable. He made the exercises fun, kept me motivated, and was genuinely committed to helping me heal. Thanks to Jonathan’s support and the clinic’s outstanding care, I’ve regained strength, reduced my pain, and feel incredible again. It took time, but the results speak for themselves. Beyond the therapy itself, the entire staff excels in customer service, scheduling, and follow-up. They make you feel seen, supported, and whole again. Dr. Joseph Hudson and his staff are incredibly exceptional. He and the whole staff are caring and helpful in every way they really go above and beyond with the patients supporting them physically mentally and morally. The staff at Physical Therapy & Chiropractor of Miami are exceptional! All the staff is very knowledgeable, accomodating and professional.
