Dr. Kristen and Dr. Dalton are both amazing chiropractors. I personally see Dr. Kristen on a weekly basis and she’s a key part of my chronic pain management. She always works with me to give my body the right care it needs that week. On top of that I really enjoy how she’s always learning new techniques. I appreciated Dr. Dalton’s approach during my 1st visit to the office. He listened and was very understanding to my issue and the issues I encounter daily because of it. The time spent with me was very refreshing. It is clear he loves what he does and is also very knowledgeable. He provided a full explanation regarding my plan of care moving forward and was extremely prompt in sending me a f/up email with of home exercises. I wish I had seen him months ago!!!

5 Star Wellness Experience — I’ve been a happy client of Performance Health for many years. Dr. Kristen has helped me TREMENDOUSLY with my neck, back, leg, & jaw pain & adjustments. In addition to monthly visits, I come in before & after long flights & road trips — it’s become an integral part of my routine and has made a huge difference in my day-to-day comfort level. AND they’ve added Charlotte, an INCREDIBLE massage therapist — she’s great at what she does, welcoming, & fun to yap with. It’s a clean, welcoming environment, that clearly has a lot of love & care poured into it. BONUS: AMENITIES. All of the amenities. They have a spot to make tea, grab a drink from the fridge, or grab really quality snacks. They’re very family friendly, if you have kids, they have a cozy lobby & toys for kiddos.

Came in for a 90 minute prenatal massage at 31 weeks pregnant and absolutely loved my experience! Charlotte was wonderful, made me feel very comfortable, and really worked through all the soreness and pains that come with being in your third trimester! Will definitely be a returning client!!
