This office is so unorganized and unprofessional. They ran my insurance and said I owed them $40 for my first visit. The staff said I had a $20 co-pay and the electro stimulus treatment was rejected by my insurance. The next two times I visited I paid them another $20 each visit. I checked my insurance’s website where it informed me that I only owed $10.09 for the first visit and $2.33 for the following two visits. My insurance company contacted their office to see why I was charged $20 for the electro stimulation treatment and discovered that it was never billed to the insurance in the first place so it couldn’t have been rejected. The code that they gave to my insurance required authorization, my insurance agent told me that it is their responsibility to inform me that the treatment may not be covered by insurance and to ask my permission to proceed BEFORE continuing the treatment. The office staff lied to me multiple times about the payments with a different explanation each time before they finally agreed to issue me a refund for almost everything except the electro stimulation treatment. This entire office is nothing but a big scam and prey on people who have been in car wrecks and living with chronic pain. Had I not been diligent with my insurance website I would have never known that I didn’t need to pay that much, so how many other people have they ripped off? I will be filing a grievance with my insurance company over the billing negligence and LIES of this office. EDIT* I saw dr Carsile not dr brunner but I watched the same staff check in and check out both brunner and carsile. Dr Brunner called me and left a voicemail saying that he would send me a check for the amount that the staff overcharged but never did. Now I get weekly phone calls demanding to delete this review saying that I never saw Brunner despite it being the same staff handling billing.

Amazing team. I have been here now 5-6 weeks I really enjoy going in there the staff is amazing and personable. And the doctor gosh he is a hoot and he gets it done. Love this place
