I've been seeing Dr. Payne for 3+ years now, and I honestly can't say enough good things about the care I receive and the character of Dr. Payne. He is not only knowledgeable and skilled but also incredibly kind and attentive. Dr. Payne takes the time to really listen to my concerns and explain everything clearly. The adjustments have made a huge difference in how I feel — less pain, better mobility, and an overall improvement in my quality of life. His assistants Katie and Dallasay, as well as the girls at the front, Pamela and Gloria are just as wonderful—always welcoming, organized, and so easy to talk to. Together, they create such a comfortable and positive environment that I truly look forward to my appointments. I have recently started getting massages from Katie and she is wonderful! I have a hard time relaxing and she does a great job of releasing tension. If you're looking for a chiropractor who genuinely puts their patients first, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love them! It’s my first time seeing a chiropractor and I’m very amazed. Dr. Scott is great at what he does. I love that he is able to explain the conditions of my spine in a way that I can understand. The treatment plan that he has placed me on is effective. It’s also important that you do the stretches assigned or it’ll be futile to go. The therapists are amazing also. They made me feel very comfortable right away and are very accommodating. I appreciate their kindness and expertise.

Absolutely amazing! I've had chronic pain for two years. I've gone many routes attempting to get it addressed and corrected. After one consultation and one adjustment, I have relief. Dr. Payne thoroughly explained what has been going on and what steps I need to do to course correct. Although I have a longer term treatment plan, it is very promising and I am extremely excited I made the decision to go to Parkway Family Chiropractic. I'd be remiss to say, the therapy staff were phenomenal and very clear to show attention to detail and communication.
