I came to Omaha Central Chiropractic with a lot of discomfort in my upper back and neck. Before getting adjusted, Jamie gave me a full assessment that included an xray to see if an adjustment was what was actually needed. Everything was well explained to me about what our process was going to be to get me feeling better than I have been. After a couple weeks of adjustments and doing the exercises shown to me by Jamie, I’m already noticing a big difference in the way I feel throughout my day.
