I had a frustrating and ultimately negative experience with this chiropractic office, primarily due to what felt like deceptive advertising and unfair billing practices. Upon arriving, I saw a prominent sign outside advertising a $19 first adjustment. However, after my initial treatment, the chiropractor informed me the fee was $40. When I pointed to the sign, he strangely claimed it was an 'old special' that was no longer valid, only to then offer the $19 price if I committed to a monthly membership. This sudden shift in pricing and the contradictory explanation felt like a bait-and-switch tactic. The billing issues continued. When I decided to cancel my monthly membership, I was assured it would be 'no problem' as long as I canceled before the next billing cycle. I followed their instructions, yet I was still charged. When I called to inquire, I was told their cancellation policy had suddenly changed to require 30 days' notice, and that I would not be refunded. This felt incredibly unfair, especially since this new policy was not communicated to me when I signed up only weeks prior. Be wary of their promotional offers and cancellation terms.

I purchased a Groupon voucher that does not expire until May 2025 and was told by the receptionost that the chiropractor isn't accepting any Groupon vouchers. Bottom line is, my voucher should've been honored because it was purchased before the merchant discontinued Groupon participation.

Unprofessional and Extremely Dissatisfied with Nuspine’s management & organization on their fees and payment policies. I have no grudge against the Doctors but their management practices are not good as they kept charging me every month continuously for 5 months until I saw my statements carefully. I had completed my treatment in August 2024 and had informed the nurse that I won’t be coming any longer. The nurse verbally told me that she will cancel my monthly membership and I do not have to be worried. It was my fault not to check my statements and then I was traveling for 2 months. When I checked my statement in January 2025, I was shocked to see that they charged me for 5 months recurring payments with no paperwork or signed agreement from my side. I asked them to refund my payments atleast for 4 months if not 5 months and I was been told that they cannot refund any amount and it was my mistake. I found that little unprofessional and unethical as I did not sign any form for recurring payment and nor do they have any record of my agreement with them on payments. I told them to give me their management contact so that I can call them but it has been 1 week they have not given any contact numbers in spite of reminding them 2 times. This only points to the fact that they don’t care about their patients and are only interested in our wallets.

First visit was great and the pricing is less than a insurance copay. Love the flexibility to just stop by. Returning for more.
