I would highly recommend Noya Chiropractic, especially to any expecting mothers. I started coming here in my third trimester and I couldn’t be happier with the help I’ve gotten for my hips, lower back and neck. Every one in the office is super friendly, the scheduling is convenient and it’s easy to get to in DC. Couldn’t recommend it more!

I can't recommend Dr. Noya enough. I started seeing him during my pregnancies, first with my now 3-year-old and again with my 3-month-old, and it made such a difference in my comfort and overall well-being. During both pregnancies, I experienced significant hip and lower back pain, which made everyday tasks challenging. But after just a few sessions, I felt a noticeable relief. His treatments helped me manage the discomfort and stay mobile throughout the later stages of pregnancy. I truly believe that the adjustments played a role in the smooth, natural home deliveries I had with both of my children. Dr. Noya’s approach is always professional, compassionate, and effective. I truly don’t know how I would have made it through either of my pregnancies without Dr. Noya. From the very beginning, he was one of the only healthcare professionals who genuinely listened and took my symptoms seriously, a rare occasion for women in pregnancy! He worked with me to find sustainable, non-medication-based solutions that actually addressed the root causes—not just the surface-level discomfort. Once we identified the underlying issues, Dr. Noya was incredibly patient and supportive, seeing me multiple times a week throughout both pregnancies. He always took the time to understand how I was feeling, adjusted his approach when needed, and made me feel completely comfortable sharing honest feedback. His thoughtful, compassionate care was a constant during an otherwise challenging time. And because of him, I maintained my independence and SOME sense of normalcy during my second pregnancy and after starting to see him during my first. And I can’t say enough about the office staff—everyone is warm, helpful, and understanding, even on the toughest mornings when I’d been sick or running late. Their kindness and flexibility never went unnoticed. I’ve referred many friends to Dr. Noya and will continue to do so enthusiastically. He played a huge role in helping me bring my two children into the world, and for that, I’ll always be grateful.

I’ve seen several chiropractors over the years in the DMV area and Dr. Noya is BY FAR the best. He’s incredibly attentive and I really love his method for treatment, and appreciate he focuses on the root causes rather than just sticking a bandaid over the symptoms. His staff Gaia and Alexis are also incredible, kind and extremely professional. I’m so happy I found Dr. Noya. My back hasn’t felt this good in over a decade and my “computer hump” is almost gone.

Dr. Noya truly saved my life. I was suffering from severely restricted blood circulation in my neck, which left me unable to think clearly. What sets him apart is his ability to deeply analyze the root of the problem and develop effective solutions. I’ve visited around six different chiropractors across Maryland and DC, and Dr. Noya is by far the best. He provided comprehensive care, addressing issues from head to toe. At one point, my third bulging disc in my lower back made walking extremely difficult—but thanks to his treatment, I can now enjoy long hikes without pain.
